We strive to provide a smooth and timely delivery process for all registered Contractual Staff. Please read the following details carefully:

1. Delivery of Digital Contractual Staff Page

• Once payment is successfully completed, your digital Contractual Staff page is created instantly.
• The digital page can be accessed immediately via your account or the QR code provided on your Contractual Staff card.
• All information displayed on the digital page is publicly accessible when someone scans the QR code.

2. Delivery of Physical Contractual Staff Card

• Physical Contractual Staff cards are printed after successful registration and payment confirmation.
• Cards are delivered either at the station vendor shop or via courier, depending on your location and our distribution process.
• Minimum delivery time: 3 business days from payment confirmation.
• Maximum delivery time: 15 business days from payment confirmation.
• We will notify you via email or phone once the card is dispatched.

3. Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, postal service interruptions, or incorrect address details provided during registration.
• Users should ensure that contact information is accurate to avoid delivery failures.
• In case of lost or damaged cards, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us page.

4. Changes to Delivery Policy

We may update our shipping and delivery procedures from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delivery delays.
• Our liability is limited to the replacement of the Contractual Staff card in case of verified loss or damage during delivery.
